Serrano Pointe Commerce Center
Location: San Bernardino County
Role: Blueprint Horizons’ principal contributed to site planning, hydrologic analyses, storm drain design, water quality features, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) preparation for this 50-acre commercial development. This work was performed under the supervision of the project’s engineer of record, who signed and stamped the submittals. Contributions included developing drainage solutions suited to the site’s relatively flat terrain. This project is presented as the principal’s individual professional experience.

Legacy Highland Project

Role: Blueprint Horizons’ principal contributed to civil engineering work for the Legacy Highland Project, a 1,366-acre development encompassing 20 tracts with commercial and industrial uses. Contributions included rough grading, hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, storm drain design, HEC-RAS modeling, water quality assessment, and sewer and water infrastructure design. Work included evaluating measures to mitigate increased runoff in response to site-specific constraints. These services were performed under the supervision of the project’s engineer of record, who signed and stamped the submittals. This project is presented as the principal’s individual professional experience.

Role: As Project Lead at Mayor’s and Associates, I managed the preparation of hydrology analyses, storm drain systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and street design for a 25-acre residential project. I successfully delivered plans for 85 single-family homes, advancing sustainable development in the region. The project was completed in 2017. A key design focus was achieving full compliance with San Diego County’s SMRHM Hydromodification Modeling Program—successfully addressed through detailed modeling and adaptive design strategies.
